I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nice and comfortable, more like an apartment sitting room with a good view of the pool, but our reservation had been canceled unexpectedly. The service was a blend of rude behavior towards my husband and me, along with our friends, but they were helpful and cordial during a late check-in situation. The location was great for our activities, walking distance to shopping centers and restaurants, but it needs some improvements. The dining options were limited, more like a 'grab and go,' which was disappointing.
